Who has access to the information we collect
Only those members of staff who need your information for a specific purpose that we’ve given you prior notice of have access to your information. There are team members in Customer Service, Operations (Warehousing and Dispatch), Marketing, Finance and IT with access. Please be aware that we have strict procedures in place so that your information is only accessed when needed.
What information we collect
Most of the information we collect relates to processing your order, updating you on offers we think might interest you and any subscriptions you have with us. This information includes your name, business name, shipping address, phone number, email and your purchasing history with us. This helps us stay relevant and valuable to you. We do not store any of your credit card details.
