25 µg per ml for Immunohistochemistry, 15 µg per ml for Western Blot.

Each vial contains 20 µg of anti-4-HNE antibody. Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of distilled water. Final composition with be 100 µg/ml antibody in 0.05M TBS containing 1% BSA.
