Immunity:

8-OHdG conjugated keyhole limpet hemocyanin.

Specificity:

8-sulfhydrylguanosine and 8-OHG demonstrate some cross-reactivity at high concentrations (at least 2 orders of magnitude were required for positive cross-reactivity).

Dilution:

1-10 µg per ml for Immunohistochemistry.

Form:

Each vial contains 100 µg of anti-8-OHdG antibody. Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Final composition with be 100 µg/ml antibody in 0.05M TBS containing 1% BSA.

Immunohistochemistry

Amount per kit:

100 µg lyophilized antibody.

Storage:

Store at -20 degrees C or less. Avoid freeze thaw cycles with the antibody.
