Immunity:

4-HNE-modified keyhole limpet hemocyanine.

Specificity:

This antibody shows almost negligible reactivity With proteins that were treated with other aldehydes such as: 2-nonenal, 2-hexenal, 1-hexenal, 4-hydroxy-2-hexenal, formaldehyde or glutaraldehyde.

Dilution:

25 µg per ml for Immunohistochemistry, 15 µg per ml for Western Blot.

Form:

Each vial contains 100 µg of anti-4-HNE antibody. Reconstitute with 1 ml of distilled water. Final composition with be 100 µg/ml antibody in 0.05M TBS containing 1% BSA

Usage:

Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting.

Amount per kit:

100 ug lyophilized antibody.

Storage:

Store at -20 degrees C or less. Avoid freeze thaw cycles with the antibody.
